Hi there! I'm Keller Makemson. I am a Graphic Designer and Creative who specializes in branding design, but have a background in illustration, painting, and photography.
I received a BA in Studio Art (with an emphasis in Graphic Design) from the University of Montevallo in May of 2020, and have been freelancing since 2017. I have worked for and with a wide variety of clientele all across the country, ranging from collegiate athletic departments, global corporations, to small businesses and nonprofits, until I returned to my first love– libraries.
In addition to my freelance projects, I currently work as a Graphic Design Specialist at the Monroe County Public Library and run kmakemson.art, a small business that sells book and plant themed stickers and crochet/ceramic products.
When I am not working on client projects or vending at craft fairs, you can find me perfecting my favorite hobby... collecting more hobbies. Whether it be hanging out with my dog in a hammock (or kayak), hiking, bouldering, reading, throwing pottery at my local ceramic studio, or listening to an audiobook while I'm crocheting, I'm always looking for more ways to be creative and get in touch with my community.
