Award-winning 2024 Summer Reading Program
The 2024 summer reading program theme was “Adventure Begins at Your Library.” I illustrated characters for the children’s and tween programs and designed the all-ages sub-branding and logo. I also painted my characters on the children’s areas of both the Downtown Library and Ellettsville Branch windows.
In addition to creating supporting marketing materials, I designed the template system used for the children’s, tween, and adult game boards. The game boards were submitted by World Arts Inc. to the Great Lakes Graphic Association’s Graphics Excellence Awards, where they received Best in Division in the Booklet or Brochure category.

Iditaread™
The Iditaread™ is a community reading challenge inspired by the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race. In this program, our library “raced” in real time by collectively reading the same number of books as the mushers traveled miles between checkpoints, tracked through the Beanstack app.
I designed a range of marketing materials for the challenge, including a booklist, social graphics, stickers, and a large atrium map used to visualize and track community progress.

Total Solar Eclipse
The Total Solar Eclipse program celebrated the rare celestial event with a custom-designed identity system. I created a special logo that was adapted into a commemorative sticker, along with eclipse viewfinders, as well as a program booklet and signage to support community viewing events and educational programming.
